Pluto, the Roman God of the Underworld, is best known for greeting the souls of the dead and guiding them to their final abode for eternity. More importantly, as ruler of the underworld and earth, Pluto controls and manages the resources of the earth and therefore is also known as the God of Wealth. Pluto’s treasures include seeds for wild plants and crops; metals for manufacturing; gems for jewelry, rocks, minerals and crystals for their esthetic and healing properties; and fossils for science.
